This Calgary project brought several exterior cleanup tasks into one coordinated property sale preparation package instead of treating each part of the yard as a separate visit.
Overgrown weeds and vegetation were removed from landscape beds, paths, the parking surface, and other visible yard zones. Existing hedges and shrubs were trimmed and shaped, with trimmings and unwanted material collected for haul-away.
Decorative rock was delivered, spread, and leveled through selected landscape zones, while the front bed received fresh mulch and final shaping. Weed control treatment and front-lawn mowing completed the sale-ready presentation.
