Project Overview
This Calgary homeowner contacted Nika Terra because the side yard had become uneven, messy, and difficult to maintain.
Over time, the soil beside the house had settled, creating a poor slope that allowed rainwater and melting snow to collect near the foundation.
The area also had old rock mixed with dirt, failing weed fabric, and an unfinished look. The client wanted a cleaner, lower-maintenance side yard with better drainage and a more polished appearance.
The same project also included front, entry, backyard, and garden bed areas around the home, giving the property a consistent decorative rock finish.

Nika Terra completed a full tight-access yard transformation across connected residential zones using compact equipment suitable for confined Calgary properties.
