If large rocks, boulders, concrete, buried debris, roots, or other obstructions prevent drilling to the requested depth, drilling will proceed only as deep as reasonably possible with the available equipment.
The applicable minimum service charge remains payable regardless of the final drilling depth or number of holes completed.
If ground conditions require additional work, specialized equipment, or a different excavation method, any additional costs will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.
