Cleanup now, larger upgrades separately
If the yard also needs grading, sod removal or a larger renovation, we can separate those items in the quote. Rock and mulch installation labour starts at $1/sq ft; materials and any preparation are extra, with the applicable minimum.

Tell us your listing or showing date when you enquire. We review the work, access, materials and availability before confirming a schedule. Larger renovations may need to be separated from the immediate cleanup.
Is there a fixed price for a pre-sale yard refresh? +
No. A one-time cleanup and a yard requiring removal, grading and new materials are different scopes. We provide a custom quote. The $1-per-square-foot installation rate applies only to starting rock or mulch placement labour, not a complete sale-preparation package.
Should I renovate the whole yard before selling? +
Start by reviewing the approach, visible beds and access paths. A targeted cleanup or finish refresh may be enough for your priorities. We can separate immediate work from larger optional improvements; we do not guarantee a sale price or sale timeframe.
Can you coordinate with my real estate agent? +
We can plan the agreed yard work around a confirmed listing or showing schedule. Include the timing and the person coordinating access in your request.
