Pricing is based on normal soil conditions and assumes the auger can reach the requested depth. Ground conditions may vary and cannot always be determined in advance.
If large rocks, boulders, concrete, buried debris, roots, or other obstructions prevent drilling to the requested depth, drilling will proceed only as deep as reasonably possible with the available equipment.
The applicable minimum service charge remains payable regardless of the final drilling depth or number of holes completed.
If ground conditions require additional work, specialized equipment, or a different excavation method, any additional costs will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.
Important: The minimum service charge is not reduced or refunded due to unexpected ground conditions or obstructions.
